Bac Duong Dong New Urban Area Project (67.5 ha) is one of the projects in the 140.71 ha master plan of the expansion of Duong Dong town, Phu Quoc district in accordance with the general plan of the city. The whole Phu Quoc island has been approved by the Prime Minister. The main goal of the project is to develop a land fund to form a new urban area according to the plan with a standard green, clean and beautiful environment to suit the island’s eco-tourism development, when the project is completed. The city will contribute to the expansion of Duong Dong town to the Northwest.
